Cold Brew: Try it.

It's easy to prepare, works with just about any beans (stale ones, even), and tastes great. Prepare a bottle (I use the Hario Mizudashi 1L, just ~$18 on Amazon) in the evening, throw it in the fridge, and you've got a great cup of cold brew ready for breakfast or your work commute.
